Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING POLICY
We value your business and ask that you respect our business policies. We require all of our clients to have a card on file. Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a fee amounting to the cost of 50% of the service price. If you “No Show” your appointment, there will be a 100% fee of the service you booked. We understand family emergencies and bad weather, we just please ask that you communicate that with us.
NO REFUND POLICY
We put so much time, effort, and product into each service. If you are happy with a service, you must contact within 24 hours of your appointment. Thank you for understanding!
